Action Plus

General Missions:
Place under the responsibility of the Human Resources Manager, you will be in charge of:
•  Maintain households in the homes of customers and staff of Action Plus;
•  Assist your supervisor on certain tasks or responsibilities entrusted to you.

Main Responsibilities :
•  identify Unambiguously all the tasks entrusted to you as mentioned in the contract with the client;
•  Perform all tasks as defined in the client's contract, while respecting work schedules;
•  communicate Immediately with the company in case you are unable to do your job;
•  Work with the house manager, organize your work schedule to ensure your daily tasks are easy;
•  Complete your time keeping table and hand it over to your supervisor every weekend;
•  Participate in all training sessions to build capacity;
•  Ensure quality service in order to position the company as a leader in the sector.

Required profile
•  Be at least 21 years of age;
•  Be available on a full-time or part-time basis;
•  Be of good character;
•  Be able to take initiatives and work with minimal supervision;
•  Be able to demonstrate an ability to develop collaborative relationships with your internal and external interlocutors;
•  Know how to speak French or English.

Required skills
•  Have certain faculties of adaptation, solidarity and organization;
•  Ability to listening;
•  Interpersonal skills.
